The library of Han Chiang University College of Communication (HCUC) now offers document scanning services for selected pages or chapters from any library printed materials.
Chief Librarian, Mohd Jafri Abdul Wahab, explains that this scanning service is for the convenience of college students as they study from home during the lockdown.
“It will take 2 to 3 days to prepare the requested item, depending on the pages per request. If a request is received by library staff after work hours, staff will promptly provide a response on the following day,” said Jafri. Currently, HCUC library staff are working from home due to the Conditional Movement Control Order (CMCO) imposed by the Malaysian government.
To review specific book chapters, library users may click on the cover image of the relevant book of interest at the HCUC e-library.
Students could send a scanning request via email to HCUC library at hculibrary@hju.edu.my.
Students who are interested in book borrowing should visit the library’s website, http://www.hculibrary.com.my.
