Han Chiang University College of Communication (HCUC) is organising a Blood Donation Campaign on Sept 11, 2019, from 9.30am to 1pm at its Multipurpose Hall, Jalan Lim Lean Teng, Penang.
The campaign is organised in conjunction with Han Chiang Centennial Celebration this year.
The noble community service project is carried out in collaboration with Hospital Pulau Pinang to save lives as well as help increase the hospital’s “Blood Bank.”
At a media conference at HCUC today, Dean, School of Languages and Translation, Mr Prakash Velloo, urged blood donors in Penang and those in the northern states to come forward to join in the campaign.

Penang State Exco member YB Dr Afif Bin Bahardin has been invited to launch the campaign.
There will also be a short talk on ‘Healthy Lifestyle’ at 10.20am at the same venue by Miss Loh Beng Im, a dietician from Jalan Perak Health Clinic.
“Let’s nurture a compassionate and sharing attitude for the betterment of the society,” Mr Prakash added.
